Summit District is a group of interconnected neighborhoods that promote affordable living, home ownership, and walkability, while offering connectivity, infrastructure, environmental features to meet the City’s and community’s need for increased housing opportunities through combining the goals of the Comprehensive Plan, and the Schmidt Visioning Plan.
